Directions to the Lodge
The Masonic Temple is located at the intersection of 5th and East Main Street on the Historic Downtown Mall in Charlottesville, Virginia. Please note that this section of Main Street that serves as the Downtown Mall has been closed off to vehicular traffic. Parking is available in the adjacent Parking Garage at 546 E. Market Street. For the best results, use the Parking Garage address for your GPS. The Lodge will validate your parking ticket.

From Interstate 64...
Exit I-64 at 5th Street (Exit # 120). Travel north on Fifth Street about
2.2 miles and turn right
onto Market Street and travel east about 0.4 miles, parking
in the Parking Garage at 546 E. Market Street.
From Route 29 North (Traveling South to Charlottesville)...
Take the 250 East Bypass, traveling east approximately
1.7 miles to McIntire Road. Turn right onto McIntire,
traveling about 0.8 miles south to Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and travel east
about 0.4 miles, parking in the Parking Garage at 546 E. Market Street.
From Route 29 South (Traveling North to Charlottesville)...
After passing under I-64, remain on Route 29, which becomes
the combined Route 29/250 Bypass, for about 5.7
miles - Do Not take the Route 29 North exit for Washington.
At the exit for Route 29 North, you will still have
about 1.7 miles to travel on the Route 250 East Bypass to
McIntire Road. Turn right onto McIntire, traveling about
0.8 miles south to Market Street. Turn
left onto Market Street and travel east about 0.4 miles,
parking in the Parking Garage at 546 E. Market Street.
From the Fredericksburg Area ...
From the junction of I-95 and Route 3, take Route 3 West
about 12.6 miles to Route 20 South (Left at the Light) at
Wilderness. Take Route 20 South about 22.2 miles to
Orange and Route 15 South (Left at the Light). Take
Route 15 South about 8.3 miles to the Gordonsville traffic
circle where you want to continue on the road directly
across the circle which is Route 231 South/Route 22
South. From the traffic circle go about 14.8 miles to
Route 250 West (Right merge ramp). Take the 250/250
Bypass West, traveling approximately 5.1 miles to
McIntire Road. Turn left onto McIntire Road, traveling
about 0.8 miles south to Market Street (Preston Avenue).
Turn left onto Market Street and travel east about 0.4
miles, parking in the Parking Garage at 546 E. Market Street.
